Brian talks about some of the stress tests he put his basses through with Cowboy Mouth and Dash Rip Rock. We just published a new video on our Patreon page! Fred talks about what he thinks makes for a good concert set list. Pledging as little as $1 a month gets you access to that and more at https://www.patreon.com/cowboymouth
Fred talks about one of the more dangerous stunts he has ever pulled during a concert. Music like Cowboy Mouth – something that’s enthusiastic, emotionally cathartic and positive and hopeful – it’s necessary in the world right now. - Fred
It is important to me to put out a positive vibe during our shows. That's something I do for me as much as for everybody else. Ultimately it is up to each person in the audience if they want to run with that idea. It's not up to me. It's up to them. I'm not looking to save the world. But if I am going to do this, I want to put out a constructive vibe. - Fred
As I've said to many musicians, it doesn't matter whether you are Kiss playing a sold out show at the local arena or whether you are the Holiday Inn band on a Tuesday night playing Jimmy Buffett covers. Millions of people would give their left arm to be us even on our worst day. I try to remember that. I try to be conscious of the fact that I am in a rarefied position when I'm on stage. - Fred
