Drumming

​"How have you changed as a drummer over the years?"

Fred: I deal with a lot of different things. Some injuries. Willie Green from The Neville Brothers always told me he was a fan of my drumming. But he would always say, “Man, when are you going to learn to slow down?” 

I used to think “I'll never slow down!” 

Now I think, “That might not be bad for a few songs.”
